I am not only a woman that "talks the talk," I am also a woman that "walks the walk." I love doing boudoir session. They are my favorite sessions to do, although you can find me pretty happy any time I have a camera in my hand!!
It was brought to my attention, through conversation with a friend not long ago that if a photographer can feel confident on BOTH sides of the camera in a boudoir session, they will become a better photographer inside and out. I have thought about this a lot recently!!
I am the type of person that loves to encourage and help women feel beautiful!! In reality though, as a woman, I, myself have the self conscious issues of not liking parts of my body or seeing "blah" in the mirror. I am far from being a thin or "ideal" model that society has made us all want to be. However, with that being said, I decided to go for it and to actually be on the other side of the camera! I wanted to feel those nerves that tend to run wild, but more importantly, that gain of confidence, so that I could help others feel the same way!!
I post this to show that not only did I get in front of the camera, but I felt AMAZING when I did!! The nerves were definitely there at first, however the confidence shortly soared through the roof and I felt awesome! The biggest part that made me happy was that was in this particular pic, I was tired, had on no make up and my hair wasn't fixed and yet I when I looked at this picture I saw a beautiful woman!!
My point of this post is that if I can do it, YOU can too!!
Beauty has no weight limit!!
Beauty doesnt limit our curves or lack there of.
Beauty is showing what society might see as "flaws" and being OK with it!!
My job and priority is to make you feel comfortable and have wonderful feeling of a boost of confidence from doing a session!
